Plexaderm, would not give my money back, packaged all dried out, disgusted! Refuse my money back, call better business!

Waiting for the football to come on and this crazy long US advertisement just went on and on and on. So, it gets a one star from me.

The bottles do not work called and they told me what they wanted me to do. No luck said l would retune the bottles and have the company get them to work. Still no luck. I see others have had the same problem. Why don’t they change the bottles. Not sure what I will do. I have worked with the product it’s ok just fix the bottle

I can’t believe that this is even being marketed it’s a load of cheap glue that would work better on your face then this junk. Being curious is making this successful but I highly doubt that there are re-orders.

When using this product I did see about a 40% reduction in my eye bags. However, this product fails to mention that it leaves the area where product was applied feeling stiff and almost plastic feeling. I felt as though I couldn't make an expression with my eyes after applying the product.

I wish I could give 0 stars.....This product is terrible. I brought the trial size for $15. Washed my face, dried it... Applied a small size under my eye while having the other eye untouch.. to see the difference... I then waited 10 min, then a dark film residue appeared under my eye with the plexaderm. it barely dissolved my wrinkles and a wired residue sat under my eye which made it worse then before I applied it.... I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING THIS AGAIN.

I have tried many other products to reduce the bags under my eyes and none have worked until I tried Plexaderm. This stuff is amazing! You have to try it to believe it which is why they offer a trial size for you will be hooked. No kidding, 2 minutes after applying you will look like you had a facelift and it lasts all day. So happy there is a product like this available for it will save lots of people from having surgery.

As others have said if they could give a zero star they would. I used it and it dried my skin where I applied it, which was under my eyes. It made my skin worse not better. I washed it off right away and used some under eye cream made especially for under the eyes.
Stay away from this product it dries your skin.

It worked for me I had to be very still for the 10 mins and it was a bit uncomfortable but the results were a huge difference
My only complaint would be I get some weird lines after the 10 mins under my eyes and my skin dries seems to become flaky
Why does the flakiness happen ? Did I do something wrong?

I'm giving plexaderm 2 Stars only for help that I received from customer service. They refunded my money with no issues. I'm happy to say, I only purchased the sample size. It seem to irritate my skin. I saw the review for African American skin type. No, it does not work well on our skin. It made white outlines and darkened under my eyes, I used it for eye puffiness. I am light brown skin. I washed my face because I thought , I had used too much. I reapply the plexiderm, just a tiny dab. It did the same thing when I try to smile, it created white steaks and wrinkles and darkened under my eyes and caused wrinkling once again after it dried.
It created wrinkles that I know, I do not originally have. For my skin type, I would not recommend this product.

Probably not for use if you have had, even years ago, plastic surgery to decrease eye bags. My eye bags are coming back after the surgery done about 7 years ago. But the plexaderm increased the wrinkling under the eyes, made them look sunken. Also you can't use cream or makeup cause it cakes. Another problem is once open you have to use it quickly or it thickens in the syringe and no more will come out even if in a zip lock. I had to throw out many tubes.
